Deoxys es un Pokémon extremadamente esbelto con una forma lisa y cilíndrica, su cuerpo está compuesto por fosforo verde fluorescence, su cabeza triangular con destellos de color rojo en los extremos, además de patas diminutas y una cola grande con alas también de color rojo en los extremos.
